Frequently asked questions........
How long should I wait before having my Loved One's memorial put up?
There is no right or wrong time to order a memorial stone. Everyone handles the loss of a Loved One differently, and feels ready to start the process at various times.
What do I need to know before I can order the headstone?
We will do whatever research we can to help you through this difficult time. You may wish to find out what your cemetery will allow you to have on your Loved One's gravesite. All cemeteries have varying rules and restrictions regarding size, color, granite, bronze, etc.
The cemetery sells headstones, do I have to buy from them?
No, it is your decision where you would like to purchase your Loved One's memorial from.
Will the cemetery accept a memorial stone from you?
Yes, you can purchase your loved one's memorial from any monument dealer you wish. As long as the cemetery regulations and requirements are followed, cemeteries are legally required to accept memorials from all monument dealers.
Your price is much lower than the other quotes I received, do you sell high quality headstones?
Yes, we only carry the highest quality granite and bronze markers. Our granite comes from some of the same quarries as your cemetery and most other monument dealers. Being family owned and operated allows us to eliminate the costs of commissions, quotas and the high profit margins of large corporations.
Do you guarantee the quality of your memorials?
Yes, we guarantee unconditionally, that all our memorials will not check, crack or disintegrate from exposure to the elements in any season or in any climate, and that no colorings were used in obtaining the highly-polished,hammered or rock surface, which are the natural colors of the Granite. If any defect or imperfection of the granite appears we will replace the memorial free of all expense to the original purchaser of the memorial.
We are not responsible or liable for any damages occurring due to cemetery grave care, acts of God or vandalism.
Do you guarantee the memorial will be correct?
Yes, we will provide you with a lettering / design proof before anything is engraved on the memorial. This proof can be sent via e-mail, fax, mail or in person, which ever way you feel most comfortable. After reviewing the proof we can make any changes, corrections or alteration you wish until everything is how you want it. If for some reason the memorial is delivered and does not match the proof you have approved, we will remake the memorial immediately
How long will the whole process take to have the memorial made and set at the cemetery?
Times vary depending on size, color, and cemetery regulations regarding lead time. In most circumstances the process will take approximately 4 - 12 weeks.
